Katharine Dome brings a wealth of experience in marketing and promotion, and as principal of her own successful firm, to her responsibilities for Stewart Strategies Group client services.

As a marketing communications and organizational development consultant, she fulfilled a variety of assignments for a diverse client base including Raycroft-McCormick; Light Machines Corporation; Omni Travel; the Malden Bank of Savings; Northern Pines Health Retreat; and the John Stobart Gallery, among others.

Katharine has been Marketing Manager at First Market Research, attracting a client base that comprised leading New England health care and banking companies. While at First Market, she created and managed Networking First -- a leads exchange group for corporate executives and business professionals.

She was Principal of Katharine Dome Artists Representatives, Inc., New York, operating a worldwide performing artists agency that represented a roster of over thirty singers, instrumentalists and conductors. Services included bookings, contract negotiation, career management, public relations and promotion. She developed relationships with key performance outlets including La Scala; the Metropolitan, Netherlands, Paris, Canadian and San Francisco Operas; as well as the St. Louis and Boston Symphony Orchestras. Her firm garnered a reputation for successfully developing new talent and increasing client earnings through engagements in all performing arts genera -- recital, symphonic, operatic, Broadway and dinner theater.

Katharine has delivered lectures and conducted workshops on marketing, stress management, presentation techniques and the business of music for numerous organizations and educational institutions, including: Mass. College of Art; United Way of Massachusetts Bay (at Harvard Business School); the International Association of Personnel Women; the Pro-Arte Consortium; New England Conservatory; Chatham College; and James Madison University.

She continues a longtime interest in holistic health with extensive formal study in the healing practices of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, nutrition, yoga, TM meditation and Feng Shui, among others. She previously headed a successful private practice focused on holistic therapies based in Cambridge, Mass.

Katharine is a graduate of Manhattan School of Music, with a degree concentration in vocal performance.
