delivery of value across the spectrum of
stakeholders, from direct members to the
industry they represent and the constituencies
served by their members. |

strategy, and the value deliverables that

will examine the market forces at play
in business, industry, the professions
and public policy in the context of how
they are changing the very nature of association-stakeholder
relationships. Participants will gain a
framework for discovering and delivering
a new concept of value, and how to link
external actions with the internal structures
and behaviors needed to bring about transformation. |
