November 2004 SSG President/Senior Counsel Art Stewart will moderate the panel "Industry Update," as part of the Executive Networks program, a senior-level regionally focused business boot camp for the Greater Washington Board of Trade on Thursday, November 18. Executive Networks is a tuition-based program of intensive seminars on critical regional issues, presented by civic leaders, and geared to new and rising executives in Greater Washington. Participants d evelop a peer group dedicated to improving the regional business community; participate in discussions with over 20 business and civic leaders; and upon completion of the program, continue participating in alumni events throughout Greater Washington. The panelists for "Industry Update" include: Christine Copple, Chief Executive Officer of ASM Resources, who will provide an overview of life sciences; Susan Sarfati, President and CEO, The Center for Association Leadership and Executive Vice President, American Society of Association Executives, who will speak on associations; Ed Rudzinski, General Manager of the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, who will cover hospitality and tourism; and Fernando Murias, Greater Washington Managing Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers, who will provide a perspective on the professional services industry.
