January 2003 SSG President/Senior Counsel Art Stewart and Vice President of Client Services Katharine Dome are enrolled in the 2003 Spring Executive Class of Leadership, Inc. Philadelphia. Founded in 1959, Leadership, Inc. is a non-profit organization which engages the talent of the private sector to work on behalf of the community. Mutual alumni have found its programs to be comparable to Harvard's Advanced Management Program and Penn's Dynamics of Organization Program. Through a series of intensive seminars, the Leadership, Inc. experience enhances participants' civic knowledge and awareness while enriching leadership skills. Participants are trained to be board leaders, and then connected through the program's wide community network to match interests with non-profit board opportunities.
